Make Inactive Properties Active Again

If you need to make an inactive property active again, here is how you would do that.

Overview

There are reasons why you might have made a property inactive, but what do you do if you need to make a property active again? DoorLoop makes it simple to make these properties active again and here's how.

The Steps

  1. To make an inactive property active again, first click on Rentals on the main menu and then click Properties.

  2. Click the Filter button next to the search bar and when the Filter Panel appears, go to the Status field and select Inactive. Click X to hide the Filter Panel.

  3. Find the Property you want to make Active again. Click on the 3-dots to the right of your unit and select Make Active.

  4. On the Make Active Confirmation popup that appears asking, "Are you sure you want to activate the property?" Click Activate to confirm you want to make the inactive property active again.

  5. Your Property is now active again.
